DNS error - server not found

means, no way to contact RSH anymore, and this just when lot of problems with pghp scrips which worked fine until 2 dayys ago

lol.. rshosting.net has always been dedicated to community forums..

Support was and always be online at rshosting.com i.e http://www.rshosting.com/support/

Why not take a 2 minute pain and visit our main website http://www.rshosting.com where the website guides the quickest way to reach us and access our billing and support!

As a side note, you could have easily reached our support section by clicking the Support link on the forum header... Huh..!

as long as I have been with RSH this the support link was and stored in my browser

and my php scripts don't work for 4 or 5 days now. all was fine before.

The website was redesigned recently however, the main website has always been and will be http://www.rshosting.com which is 100% navigation friendly. So you probably need to update your bookmarks or simply visit the main website instead of the heading "No more support" which is purely misleading to others..

Anyhow, let us know your issue or problem faced by either visiting our helpdesk, or live chat or here on forums. Ofcourse, a detailed explanation will help quick resolution of your issue.
